• Thorough and Detailed – the home inspection report provided to our clients is designed to inform and educate the client. Should any major defects be discovered, they would be separated in the report from the routine maintenance issues typically found during home inspections. Detailed recommendations are provided. Typically, photos are included to help clients understand the issues that need to be addressed.
• Not an Alarmist – The inspector, David Sipple, doesn’t try to scare clients or let discussions get out of context. He doesn’t come off as a “know it all” or “deal killer”. Most homes have maintenance issues, some homes have systems in need of repair, and sometimes major defects are discovered. Duke Inspection Services has the experience to communicate the difference to clients.

Reports are prepared using professional inspection software. In most cases, the inspection report is emailed out the same day as the inspection. The report will always be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection appointment. You, as a Realtor, will find the reports easy to read & understand.
