“I enjoy working with clients not only to provide a thorough inspection, but also to provide valuable information about the systems and components of the house. Often clients are relying on me to teach them about how their house works. Sometimes, I act as consumer advocate when conditions are not as advertised or when significant issues are discovered that had not previously been disclosed. Clients are counting on me to be their advocate in the real estate transaction.” — David Sipple
