• • David Sipple is state-licensed. In 2019, the State of Ohio initiated a licensing program through the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate. David Sipple met and exceeded the criteria for licensing, and was granted a license to conduct home inspections in the State of Ohio. In 2020, the State of Ohio will have specific continuing education requirements as a condition of license renewal.

  • David Sipple is a licensed Radon Tester. Radon Testing licensing is required by the Ohio Department of Health. Since 2002, David Sipple has been licensed and strictly follows testing protocols and procedures set forth by the ODH. Also, the state requires 16 hours of approved continuing education as a condition of license renewal.

    ASHI Certified Inspectors are fully certified by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA), a third-party independent certifying agency. Being the only association for home inspectors accredited by NCCA allows certified inspectors to use the ACI acronym.
